Job summary

Cencora is offering a Summer Health and Safety Intern role to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting within our Health & Safety team. You will support safety initiatives and gain hands-on experience across distribution centers. Start: June 7, 2027; End: August 13, 2027.

Location: Roanoke, TX or Sugar Land, TX or Whitestown, IN. The internship focuses on data collection, analysis, audits, and developing training materials to promote a safety culture.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Health and Safety or related field.
• Rising sophomore, junior, or senior at the time of the internship preferred.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
• Less than 2 years of experience in clinical operations support or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing projects, reporting, analysis, or process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners.
• Participate in team meetings and internship program activities.
• Present project outcomes, recommendations, or key learnings at internship conclusion.
