Job summary

Cencora is offering a Summer 2027 Health and Safety Intern opportunity in the United States. You will support the Corporate Health and Safety Manager, work on a focused safety project, and gain hands-on experience across distribution centers in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes data collection, analysis, reporting, and the creation of training materials while promoting a culture of safety and well-being. Start date is June 7, 2027, with an end date of August 13, 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Health and Safety Management, Industrial Safety or Occupational Health and Safety.
• Rising sophomore, junior, or senior at the time of the internship preferred
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
• Less than 2 years of experience in clinical operations support, healthcare administration, patient services, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing projects, reporting, analysis, or process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and internship program activities.
• Present project outcomes, recommendations, or key learnings at the conclusion of the internship.
