Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group in Boston is offering an Electrical Engineering Summer Intern position to support our engineering teams in designing, documenting, and sizing electrical systems for world-class projects. You will learn from senior engineers, gaining hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Revit within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The internship emphasizes mentorship through the EDT program, exposure to design calculations, and field site visits.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering at an accredited university.
• Completed second year minimum.
• Experience with MEP AutoCAD and REVIT is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of design and calculation software; MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in preparing design documentation
• Prepare AutoCAD and Revit drawings of Electrical systems
• Assist engineers with design calculations and sizing building Electrical systems
• Assist engineers with field investigations and construction site visits to observe
• Attend intern education program lunch-and-learn sessions
