Job summary

You will leverage Salesforce data to identify market trends, track contract opportunities, and streamline the growth pipeline. The role involves assisting in Gate Reviews, proposal development, and drafting briefings for key events and leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Business, Political Science, Engineering, Data Analytics).
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• CRM Management: maintain and audit Salesforce data, track Pursuits, update accounts, generate pipeline reports.
• Market Intelligence: research DoD requirements, focus on Directed Energy, satellite resilience, cyber capabilities.
• Capture Support: assist in Gate Reviews and proposal development by gathering competitive intelligence and analyzing historical data.
• Strategic Communications: draft briefings and marketing materials for industry events and customer engagements.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to automate or improve internal growth workflows.
