Job summary

JLL seeks a Summer Graphic Design Intern to join the Project and Development Services team in Chicago. You will assist in creating consumer-driven experiences, collaborate across design, production, and marketing, and help develop branding concepts using Adobe Creative Cloud.

Role offers exposure to commercial real estate design, portfolio-building opportunities, and a fast-paced environment. Onsite location in Chicago, with internship dates June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in visual communications or graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Office 365.
• Strong communication skills with attention to design detail.
• Interest in brand standards and ability to produce mockups.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, production staff, project managers, and marketing to meet client expectations.
• Support market research by gathering inspiration and presenting findings.
• Develop visual concepts for branding, campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Assist with production of print and digital design materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Edit InDesign and PowerPoint templates to incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Assist with administrative tasks like filing and organizing design files.
