Job summary

Pebble Beach Company invites high school interns for a Golf Junior Intern Program at Pebble Beach. The two-month role (June-July) offers 24–32 hours per week with hands-on exposure to hospitality and golf operations.

Interns gain experience in course and facility duties, range operations, and guest service while working under supervision, with CA driver’s license preferred for driving carts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean Clubhouse and Cart Barn area.
• Assist with driving range operations and retail tasks.
