Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a business/finance-related field.
• Graduation date Fall 2027 through Spring 2028.
• GPA 3.2 or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or initiative through academics, extracurriculars, volunteering, or work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Broadridge’s 10-week Summer Internship Program in fintech.
• Work in a defined business area such as Operations, Finance, Sales, Governance and Risk, Innovation and Strategy, Product Management, or Wealth Management.
• Complete meaningful work assignments with mentorship and training.
• Build digital literacy and strengthen business and financial acumen.
• Complete a capstone project addressing real business challenges.
• Collaborate across teams on complex challenges.
• Explore how data, analytics, and emerging tools, including AI, drive innovation.
• Participate in a video interview with the recruitment team as the first interview step.
