Job summary

Broadridge is offering a ten-week Summer Internship in the Financial Technology sector for students pursuing a Computer Science degree. You will rotate through software engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or enterprise systems management, completing meaningful assignments with guidance from mentors.

You will build digital literacy, strengthen business acumen, and deliver a capstone project solving real business challenges.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another related field.
• Graduation date Fall 2027 through Spring 2028.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Foundational or practical knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, and C#.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or initiative through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experience.
• Awareness of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodology concepts.
• Interest in applying technology to solve business problems and improve processes, products, and client experiences.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts, appropriate use contexts, and prompt based workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for learning about the FinTech industry.
• Must be available for the duration of the program: June – August 2027.
• Presently authorized to work in the United States and will not require work visa sponsorship from Broadridge now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Participate in Broadridge's ten-week Summer Internship Program in the Financial Technology sector

• Complete meaningful and challenging assignments through practical work, mentorship, and training
• Build digital literacy and strengthen business and financial acumen
• Complete a capstone project addressing real business challenges
• Collaborate across teams to address complex challenges and explore how data, analytics, emerging tools, and AI drive innovation
• Join a specific business area or function and collaborate across the organization
• Participate in a video interview with the recruitment team as the first interview step if initial qualifications are met
