Corebridge Financial seeks candidates for its Summer Internship Program, designed to enhance business acumen and provide insight into the insurance industry. Interns join one of our business lines for a 10-week period, gaining core technical knowledge and professional skills in a diverse environment.

Selected interns work with senior leaders, attend webinars, and network across departments. Successful interns may be offered full-time analyst roles in 2028.

Qualifications

• Complete one or more Actuarial Exam(s) by December 2026
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 (unofficial transcript required upon application)
• Bachelor's or master's degree, or candidate for degree to be received no later than August 2029
• Driven individuals with strong academic and extracurricular achievement
• Bold thinkers with analytical and quantitative skills
• Enthusiastic about learning finance and insurance industry
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator

Responsibilities

• Join one of Corebridge’s business lines through the Summer Internship Program, lasting about 10 weeks.
• Learn directly from senior management and participate in webinars, discussions, and networking receptions.
• Establish goals with managers during the first week and have goals measured mid- and endpoints of the summer.
• Successful interns may be considered for full-time analyst positions in 2028.
