Houlihan Lokey is seeking Summer Financial Analysts in Financial Restructuring in Los Angeles to work on creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and related advisory services. You will contribute to debt and equity financings, exchange offers, and distressed M&A projects within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with coursework in accounting/finance, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of valuation concepts.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree with graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Coursework in accounting and finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
• Strong analytical abilities and computer skills (Excel).
• A demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.

Responsabilités

• Work on creditor- and debtor-side restructurings.
• Assist on debt and equity financings, exchange offers and tenders.
• Gain exposure to distressed M&A advisory services.
