Formación

• Pursuing bachelor’s and/or master’s degree with graduation between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Strong interest in accounting/finance topics with coursework supporting this.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred: understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
• Strong analytical abilities and computer skills (Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Assist on creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed M&A engagements.
• Gain exposure to debt and equity financings, balance sheet restructurings, and advisory services.
• Work across multiple projects with senior bankers in a fast-paced environment.
