Houlihan Lokey seeks a Summer Financial Analyst to support M&A and financing activities within its Corporate Finance group. You will analyze financial statements, assess market conditions, and assist senior bankers on live deals across industrials and other sectors.

The program offers broad exposure to deal execution, a collaborative environment, and interaction with senior professionals. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with anticipated graduation in 2028–2029.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Foundational knowledge of corporate finance.

Responsabilités

• Support M&A, debt/equity financing, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts.
• Research financial statements and market conditions for various industries.
• Collaborate with senior staff and provide timely analyses and insights.
