Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Summer Financial Analyst to gain exposure to mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts. You will research financial statements and industry trends while supporting senior bankers on live transactions.

The program offers broad exposure across corporate finance, with opportunities to develop valuation skills and collaborate with teams across NYSE-listed and international clients.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029
• A foundational knowledge of and a keen interest in corporate finance
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Strong work ethic and proven leadership skills
