Job summary

Beck's Hybrids is offering a paid accounting/finance internship from May through August 2027. The role provides exposure to GAAP, fixed assets, cash reconciliation, and financial reporting within the Finance Department.

You will contribute to monthly closings, tax compliance, and the development of reporting packages, while gaining hands-on experience in a corporate setting.

Housing is provided or a stipend may be offered, with an emphasis on professional development and industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Sophomore year completed with focus on Accounting and/or Finance.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn GAAP and tax basics; assist with daily financial activities.
• Review and record financial activities as directed.
• Assist with cash management and monthly cash reconciliation.
• Support fixed asset reporting (additions, disposals, depreciation).
• Help develop financial reporting packages and process documentation.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Analyze financial statements for opportunities and efficiencies.
• Participate in financial modeling of corporate activities.
