Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp in Ashburn, VA is seeking reliable field trip chaperones to supervise campers, travel by bus between stops, and help ensure safety and wellness during activities.

You will work with a team to maintain camper allergies awareness, follow camp policies, and support a fun, inclusive environment. Must be 18+, have 2 months of camp experience, and First Aid/CPR certification prior to Day 1.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children, with 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Actively supervising campers and ensuring safety.
• Monitor and enforce Camp Policies.
• Report and record details of notable concerns, incidents, injuries to campers or staff.
• Track camper allergies and dietary restrictions to keep everyone safe.
