Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camps is seeking team members to chaperone field trips, supervise campers, and ensure safety and wellness during activities. Staff will travel by bus to multiple stops with groups of campers and must monitor allergies and dietary restrictions, while upholding camp policies and guidelines.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have at least 2 months of relevant experience, and hold First Aid & CPR certification before the first day.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 2 months experience with camp-age children; 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certification required before Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Chaperone field trips, make connections, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Travel by bus to multiple stops with campers.
• Actively supervising campers and ensuring compliance with Camp Policies.
• Report notable concerns or injuries to campers, staff or self.
• Monitor camper allergies and dietary restrictions.
