Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp in Mountain View, CA seeks enthusiastic seasonal staff to chaperone field trips, engage campers, and help keep safety and wellness a top priority while traveling between stops by bus.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with at least 2 months of experience with camp-age children and First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1. This role offers hourly pay ($20.25–$22.75) and a fun, inclusive team environment during the summer program.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children, with 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Chaperone field trips, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness.
• Travel by bus to multiple stops, all while having fun with kids.
• Actively supervise campers
• Ensure compliance with Camp Policies
• Report and record details of notable concerns or incidents, and any injuries to campers, other staff members, or to self
• Keep track of and be aware of camper allergies and dietary restrictions.
