Job summary

DevCom is seeking a driven ISP Field Sales Summer Intern in the United States for a 12-week program in Alabama. You will represent leading providers with face-to-face, door-to-door sales in residential communities, taking ownership of an assigned territory and contributing to customer acquisition and market penetration.

You will gain hands-on experience in sales, territory management, and performance tracking while working within a high-accountability team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence initiating face-to-face conversations.
• Self-directed, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Reliable transportation to cover assigned residential territories.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face residential outreach within an assigned territory and learn how to initiate, develop, and close customer conversations.
• Educate prospective customers on internet services, pricing, promotions, technology, and installation expectations.
• Manage customer follow-up and support qualified customers through successful installation.
• Track activity and performance while developing firsthand knowledge of your territory, competitors, customers, and market opportunities.
• Participate in structured training, coaching, performance reviews, and team development throughout the 12‑week program.
