Job summary

3M is offering an Undergraduate Field Sales Intern position within the Consumer Business Group for Summer 2027. The internship runs 10–12 weeks with a nationwide footprint in various US locations. Interns receive housing and transportation stipends and must be legally able to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Additional qualifications include pursuing Sales or Marketing, junior year completion, and a 3.0+ GPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field sales activities and customer engagement for internal growth.
• Support territory planning and preparation of sales calls and literature usage.
• Develop understanding of product lines, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrate teamwork and problem-solving within a sales context.
