Job summary

3M is offering an Undergraduate Marketing Intern position in the Consumer Business Group for Summer 2027 in Saint Paul, MN or remote US. The 10-12 week internship provides hands-on experience across marketing areas, with orientation and project work aligned to real business challenges.

Candidates must be enrolled in a bachelor’s program, have a 3.0+ GPA, and be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Analytics.
• Junior year (6 semesters) completed by the start of the internship.
• Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Completion of two of the required class in the major, minor or concentration.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects representing real challenges faced by 3M’s business units.
• Engage in Consumer and Market Insights/Assessment, Financial Analysis, Strategy Development, Marketing Content Planning, and Execution & Measurement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, or higher in Marketing or Business Analytics

GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
