Job summary

Flyspace Productions is seeking Event Operations Assistants to support setup and breakdown, stage, lighting, and audio operations across the summer festival season. This entry-level role involves physical work, travel to event sites, and flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Applicants should be 18 or older, authorized to work in the U.S., with an interest in live events. Prior experience in festivals or production is a plus, and drivers with clean records are preferred for

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in theater, festivals, concerts, warehouse work, or event production
• Basic technical skills such as carpentry, lighting, audio, AV, or rigging
• Comfortable driving vans or small box trucks

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of events, including loading/unloading and organizing materials
• Support stage, lighting, audio, and general event operations
• Perform physical work, lifting up to 50 pounds, indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Follow instructions, communicate clearly, and ask questions when needed
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain professionalism when working with team members, clients and the public
• Travel to event sites (reliable transportation required)
• Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
