The internship runs June 15 through August 6, 2027, with some mobility to nearby areas for training and offsite activities. Interns work in small teams, handling AP, reconciliations, financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, and other accounting projects for ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program with accounting focus
• At least one accounting course completed
• Minimum GPA 3.2 with accounting courses (B or higher)
• California CPA licensure eligibility between Dec 2027 and Jul 2028
• Clear, professional written and oral communication

Responsibilities

• Process AP for multiple clients using different accounting systems
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
• Categorize bank and credit card transactions and record journal entries
• Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate unusual items
• Maintain accurate financial information and process monthly, quarterly, year-end close
• Assist in monitoring client cash flows
• Reconcile and analyze bank/brokerage accounts and capital statements
• Provide support on special projects and additional duties as needed
