Job summary

Los Alamos Public Schools is seeking a Student Intern in the Facilities department for the summer. The position is temporary, with an 8-hour shift and a 40-hour work week. Starting date is immediate, and visa sponsorship is not available.

The role supports various facilities tasks and requires a current high school student in good standing. Eligible candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be a High School Student
• 16 years of age or older
• A current student in good educational standing
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Assist with grounds, custodial, painting and school upkeep for the summer.
• Provide support to the assigned department staff.
• Work the requested schedule as directed by the department Director or Supervisor.
• Will work June 10, 2024 to July 26, 2024.
