Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited degree-granting undergraduate program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meeting, calendar, and event coordination
• Prepare presentations, correspondence, reports, and other materials
• Enter, organize, and review information in spreadsheets or databases
• Maintain electronic records and shared files
• Track assignments, deadlines, and routine program activities
• Take meeting notes and document action items
• Support internal and external communications
• Conduct basic research and summarize findings
• Assist with administrative, program, or project-related tasks
• Collaborate with staff and other interns
• Learn and follow established organizational procedures
• Complete an individual or team-based project aligned with organizational needs
