Job summary

Enclos invites students to join the Summer Internship Program, a 10–12 week immersion in construction project management. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to curtainwall and façade construction while contributing to landmark projects and learning from cross‑functional teams on active job sites.

You’ll train in Procore, PlanGrid, Rhino, and Bluebeam, participate in project meetings, and see how a project moves from concept to completion. The pathway includes potential enrollment in the S.O.A.R.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
• Passion for construction and interest in pursuing a career in project management.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/mechanical drawings (preferred).
• Willingness to learn project management tools and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite at a construction jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Dive into curtainwall design and learn how a project moves from concept to completion.
• Gain hands-on training in project management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Rhino, Bluebeam).
• Work on active construction jobsites and collaborate with fabrication shops.
• Attend project meetings and observe coordination among teams.
• Explore the pathway to join Enclos' S.O.A.R. Project Management Training Program after graduation.
