Job summary

Enclos Corp invites motivated students to join its Summer Internship Program in Construction Project Management in Las Vegas. The 10–12 week immersive internship covers curtainwall design, field exposure, and hands-on use of Procore, PlanGrid, Rhino, and Bluebeam.

You’ll gain practical, cross-functional experience and meet industry leaders on active projects. The program emphasizes onboarding, training, and industry exposure, with potential pathways into the S.O.A.R.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• Passion for construction and interest in a career in project management.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/mechanical drawings (preferred).
• Willingness to learn project management tools and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite at a construction jobsite.
• Full-time during summer (10–12 weeks), with potential for part-time continuation during the school year.
• Internship locations include: New York City, Las Vegas.
• Internship positions are not eligible for benefits, incentive bonus, or holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• + Onboarding & Immersion: Dive into curtainwall design, meet cross-functional teams, and understand project lifecycle.
• + Training & Tools: Hands-on training in PM software (Procore, PlanGrid, Rhino, Bluebeam) and practical skills.
• + Field & Shop Exposure: Work on active sites, collaborate with fabrication shops, learn coordination for major projects.
• + Industry Access: Attend meetings, interact with experts, observe how innovative facades come to life.
