Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Business.
• Interest in construction and a project management career.
• Ability to read architectural or mechanical drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and cross-functional team exposure.
• Gain hands-on PM software training and real-world technical skills.
• Work on active construction jobsites and fabrication shop coordination.
• Attend project meetings and observe facades coordination and industry practices.
