Responsibilities

• Support live executive search assignments through company research, market mapping, and candidate identification.
• Build and refine target-company and candidate lists using firm resources and research tools.
• Analyze and synthesize information to support search strategy and decision-making.
• Prepare internal and client materials, including summaries, profiles, and presentations.
• Participate in internal search-team discussions and observe relevant conversations.
• Work across industries and practice areas, aligning with project needs and interests.
• Build relationships with research and consulting mentors and colleagues.
• Complete onboarding and training related to executive search, firm tools, and professional development.
• Complete a capstone project addressing a real business need with a usable output.
