Job summary

Egon Zehnder offers a 10-week paid summer internship across U.S. offices including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, New York, and Washington, DC.

Interns assist in research, market mapping, and candidate identification under senior guidance, gaining exposure to live executive searches and leadership advisory. Participants work with researchers and consultants, develop materials and trackers, and complete a capstone project that yields a reusable firm asset.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• GPA minimum of 3.3 and U.S. work authorization required.
• Interest in executive search, leadership advisory, and research.

Responsibilities

• Support live executive search assignments through company and industry research, market mapping, and candidate identification.
• Help build and refine target-company and candidate lists using firm resources.
• Analyze and synthesize information to support search strategy and decision-making.
• Prepare internal and client materials, including research summaries, profiles, and presentations.
• Engage in team discussions and observe consultant or client-related conversations.
• Explore opportunities across industries and practice areas, aligned with project needs.
• Receive mentorship and complete onboarding and a capstone project.
