Job summary

Nichols College offers a Summer Event Management Internship for the Quad Cities Corporate Games, a full-time, 30+ hours per week role from mid-May to July 31. Dates are negotiable and paid stipends are provided at mid-point and at internship end; mileage is reimbursed for travel to events.

• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; able to learn website design and the Quad Cities Corporate Games database.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and conducting the Quad Cities Corporate Games.
• Attend events and competitions and create sports schedules.
• Communicate with company admins, calculate results, and update the website and database.
