Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative duties including scheduling meetings, registering attendees, coordinating travel, and organizing 60+ event dates on a master calendar.
• Assist senior team members with budgets by tracking deadlines and processing payments to vendors.
• Provide on-site travel services for domestic and international events.
• Assist with sourcing venues, tracking event orders (banquets, F&B, AV), and hotel deadlines.
• Design event collateral, itineraries, and handouts; create mobile apps for events and manage registration databases in CVent.
