Young World Physical Education is looking for Substitute Special Education Teachers in Providence, Rhode Island. The role involves working with special education students and implementing their Individual Education Programs (IEPs). The part-time positions offer $40 per hour and require current Rhode Island certification.
The program operates Monday through Thursday and is focused on developing language and social skills. Successful candidates will have experience working with mild/moderate disabilities and will be expected to document progress toward IEP goals.

Under direction of the school principal and/or appropriate supervisor, the school substitute teacher will instruct students currently enrolled in special education classes who require reinforcement in language, learning, behavioral and/or social skills consistent with the Extended School Year (ESY) services component of their Individual Educational Program (IEP).
