Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Denver, CO is seeking an Estimator/Scheduler Intern for Summer 2027 to support scheduling, estimating, and financial tracking activities on project teams.

The role involves data entry, cost analysis, master schedules, and collaboration with clients, contractors, and suppliers to aid project execution and continuous improvement. Entry-level opportunity with mentorship and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 60 hours towards an engineering or construction management degree by Summer 2027.
• Prior internship experience in construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics.
• Perform estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities.
• Assist with production of Master Schedules, contractor schedule review and analysis, time extension analysis, change management, and contractor coordination.
• Maintain project records and databases, validate project information, prepare reports and analyses, and support project communication and decision-making.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement.
