ICF's Environment & Planning Division seeks a 2027 Summer Intern, Environmental Planner to support project teams across NEPA, ESA, and environmental reviews. This entry-level internship runs for 10 weeks and is hybrid from Fort Collins, CO or Denver, CO, starting in early June 2027.

You will assist with writing and reviewing technical analyses, collect and analyze data, and help with literature review under supervision.

Qualifications

• By start date, at least 30 college level credit hours of completed courses in environmental studies/science, natural or physical science, public policy, environmental law, or related subjects
• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or enrollment in graduate studies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including ability to prioritize and multi-task under strict deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on diverse tasks with supervision
• Ability to collaborate with project teams and clients
