Job summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR subsidiary in Denton, Texas, offers a Resident Engineering Product Data Management Internship to Engineering or CS students. You will participate in projects across engineering order processing, software integrations, and data rules documentation.

Preferred candidates are enrolled in Engineering or CS, with excellent MS Office skills, communication, and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Computer Science program.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to document processes clearly.
• Familiar with basic programming concepts or web tech (NET/JavaScript/HTML) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process map and document engineering order processing and manufacturing software integrations.
• Document engineering order processing systems data rules and conditions of use.
• Develop tests to confirm Sales Order completeness and accuracy.
• Perform QA activities including Defect Analysis and Root Cause investigations.
• Create, organize, and coordinate training material for the Order Processing group.
