Job summary

Air Liquide is hiring 2027 Summer Interns - Engineering in Houston, TX. The internship introduces college students to Air Liquide and the industrial gas industry, with hands-on experiences in Plant Operations, Technical Support, and Project Engineering.

Pay ranges from $23.00 to $33.00 per hour, and interns gain exposure to corporate culture and cross-functional teams. You will work in a defined area to build knowledge, meet eligibility requirements, and have opportunities to join ALLEX program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
• Expected graduation May 2028–May 2029.
• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.2 (on 4.0).
• Must provide own transportation to/from work.
• Must secure and finance housing.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be open to relocate anywhere in the US during/post program.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to daily plant operations.
• Assist with maintenance activities and plant process improvements.
• Work on projects in a defined area to develop knowledge and skills.
