Elanco Animal Health is seeking an Engineering Intern for our Clinton Manufacturing Plant in Indiana for Summer 2027. You will work on a hands-on project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support operational excellence.

The internship offers exposure to diverse career paths, mentorship, and housing support, with a competitive salary and potential for future roles. May 17th – August 6th, 2027.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in an Engineering major including Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or Biological.
• Top Skills: Experience in Microsoft Suites and a willingness to learn.
• Preferred: interest in using data to solve problems and improving processes in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Understand the manufacturing environment and how to collaborate with different stakeholders to solve problems.
• Work within cross-functional teams to build vendor relationships and new process capability implementation.
• Data visualization tool creation/usage and documentation updates.
