Elanco invites engineering students to join our Summer 2027 Engineering Internship at the Clinton, IN manufacturing plant. You will contribute to a hands-on project focused on improving processes and supporting operational excellence.

Interns gain exposure to diverse teams, mentorship, and opportunities to build vendor relationships, analyze data, and develop practical engineering skills. May 17 to August 6, 2027; housing assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering major including Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or Biological.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand the manufacturing environment and collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems.
• Work in cross-functional teams to build vendor relationships and implement new processes.
• Create and use data visualization tools and maintain documentation.
