Job summary

Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc. is accepting applications for its 2027 Summer Internship Program in North Central Kansas, including Salina. Interns will complete a project under guidance while gaining valuable workplace experience. Full-time positions run from mid-May to early-August at $20 per hour, with housing provided for those from outside the area.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's degree program, possess strong communication and project management skills, and are willing to fully engage in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with at least 30 credit hours.
• Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week) during the Summer.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete a project with a mentor to apply college knowledge.
• Participate in organized activities during the Summer.
• Work full-time from mid-May to early-August.
