TreeHouse Foods invites motivated engineering students to join our Princeton, KY plant for a hands-on internship. You will support manufacturing processes, contribute to capital projects, and develop options and recommendations while collaborating with engineers and project teams.

The role emphasizes understanding processing principles, operating systems, and project management, with a focus on delivering value through continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progress towards a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem solving skills, are required.
• Works with teams to drive improved performance.

Responsibilities

• Support key strategies and programs across the enterprise.
• Leverage subject matter expertise to drive continuous improvement and technology.
• Provide technical and economic support to groups focused on improvements to the current state.
• Champion the latest technology and commercial applications with Plant/TMOS/Reliability teams and vendors.
