Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, life science, or related field.
• Rising junior or rising senior with a 3.0 GPA or above.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; familiarity with other Microsoft Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and improvement projects for Clean Utilities and EM systems, including troubleshooting support, documentation updates, and project execution activities.
• Assist in optimization and continuous improvement efforts by contributing to scope development, investigation support, and solution implementation under guidance from senior engineers and system owners.
• Contribute to data management and reporting, including organizing datasets, maintaining data integrity, and preparing inputs for analysis.
• Develop and support data visualization outputs, such as dashboards, charts, and trend views, to enable clear performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for project activities, including summaries, meeting notes, work records, and supporting materials aligned with team requirements.
• Execute assigned tasks safely and compliantly within a GMP environment, following applicable procedures, standards, and site requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders as needed to gather information, support investigations, and ensure project deliverables are on track.
