Circuit Stream is recruiting an instructor to bring engineering to life for teens aged 13–17. The role is in person at the University of Central Florida, delivering the provided Introduction to Engineering curriculum with energy and strong facilitation.

You will guide hands-on activities, explain concepts in beginner-friendly terms, and ensure learners meet course objectives. Training is required, and a background check is conducted before work with youth learners.

Formación

• Enjoy working with teenagers and keeping a group engaged.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for beginners.
• Completed or in-progress degree in engineering/related STEM field.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Introduction to Engineering curriculum with energy and clear classroom facilitation.
• Guide students through hands-on activities and projects, explaining concepts accessibly.
• Create an inclusive, positive classroom environment and enforce safety requirements.
• Monitor understanding, provide feedback, and communicate learner needs to the team.
• Supervise students during activities outside classroom instruction and maintain engagement and safety.
