WSP USA is offering an Electrical Engineering Intern - Summer 2027 in Hamilton, NJ. The 12-week program begins May 17, 2027, for undergrad/grad students, with mentorship and exposure to real projects.

Interns assist with design calculations, field work, and documentation while developing technical and professional skills in a global engineering firm. No relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited Electrical Engineering program with anticipated graduation Aug 2027 or later.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States at internship start.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engineering and non-engineering audiences.
• Able to take direction from leaders and mentors.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of engineering tasks to develop technical and ethical skills.
• Learn basic principles of Electrical Engineering.
• Assist with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations and analyses.
• Support preparation of final design plans, provisions, and cost estimates.
• Assist in collecting and maintaining project documentation.
• Complete training on assigned tasks.
• Follow WSP Code of Conduct and safety policies.
