Job summary

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program giving students corporate experience and exposure to all facets of Hubbell’s business, preparing them for a rewarding career.

This internship focuses on evaluating and validating connector solutions for medium-voltage applications through market research, engineering analysis, and laboratory testing. You will document findings in a technical report and present recommendations to local management.

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during May–August 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Familiarity with CAD Inventor, Microsoft Office, and relevant software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Determine conductor-to-connector recommendations for medium-voltage applications.
• Support mechanical and electrical testing and document results.
• Analyze results and document findings in a technical report.
• Collaborate with teams and present outcomes to management.
