Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 60 credit hours completed by internship start (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience.
• Available for the full 10 weeks: June 1–August 6, 2027.
• 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in environmental, health, safety, sustainability, or related field preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the quality and safety teams by analyzing regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
• Develop and implement plans to comply with regulations.
• Analyze standards and apply engineering concepts to meet requirements.
• Assist in safety inspections of equipment and audits of processes for conformance with safety and environmental requirements (OSHA, EPA).
• Participate in injury/incident investigations.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
