Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is offering a 12-week summer Operations Internship at our warehouse locations nationwide. You’ll join a dynamic team and learn how our retail operations and logistics networks partner to keep the business running efficiently.

During the internship, you’ll lead a team of warehouse associates, gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our off-price business model, and work on a process-improvement project with a final presentation to Distribution executives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year or 2-year degree program.
• Rising Juniors or Seniors pursuing a degree.
• Available for the full duration of the summer internship.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership and teamwork abilities, with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates during daily operations.
• Learn how retail operations and logistics networks partner to run the business efficiently.
• Participate in a process-improvement project and present to Distribution executives.
• Engage with multiple functions within Distribution or Fulfillment Centers.
