• Pursuing MIS, CIS or related field.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Available for a 12-week summer internship.
• Competitive hourly wage and $500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with configuring, deploying, and supporting computers, software, and mobile devices.
• Help maintain device management tools and support software installations and updates.
• Learn and assist with automation, scripting, and technology-improvement projects.
• Support IT security initiatives, including device compliance and vulnerability remediation.
• Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with IT team members to enhance technology services and the end-user experience.
