Join to apply for the Summer Day Camp Counselor role at The Salvation Army.

Classification: Temporary, Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 30-35 hours/week, 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, beginning May 21, 2025, and ending August 6, 2025. Location: W. Mound St., The Salvation Army.

Salary: $15.00 per hour.

Job Focus

This position ensures the safety of all children during camp activities, on-site and on field trips. Counselors assist in planning activities and lead interactive learning stations to enhance students’ skills. They serve as role models through their actions, language, personal hygiene, and attitudes.
