Job summary

Charter Communications invites motivated students to join its Spectrum Internship Experience for 2027. You will work across departments and interns cohorts, focusing on real-world projects, professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

The internship runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, spanning 11 weeks with a mix of department projects and structured experiences designed to grow analytical and communication skills in a dynamic telecommunications environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize customer touchpoints.
• Use SQL to query communication logs, identify message overlap, and build interactive Tableau dashboards.
• Reduce communication "collisions" (over-messaging) and improve the overall customer journey.
