Position Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our striping crew for the summer season. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, values teamwork, and wants to gain experience in the trades.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with layout, striping, and pavement marking using spray machines, stencils, chalk, and other tools
2. Load and unload equipment and materials from vehicles
3. Prep work areas and maintain a clean, safe job site
4. Work efficiently in varying weather conditions and in both daytime and nighttime hours (depending on the job)
5. Follow direction from crew leads and operate with professionalism on customer sites

Qualifications:

1. Must be at least 18 years old
2. Valid driver’s license preferred (not required)
3. Comfortable with physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods)
4. Prior construction or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
5. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including early mornings or evenings)
6. Positive attitude and team player mindset
